CNC machining
Manual Turning
We provide high-quality CNC machining across a wide range of metals and engineering plastics. Our Hurco VM10i 3-axis machining centre (660 mm × 406 mm × 500 mm working volume) enables the production of precision-engineered components, fixturing, prototypes, and bespoke parts — all delivered with tight tolerances and quick turnaround.
CNC Turning
Our CMZ TA-25-YS-640 CNC lathe has multi-axis capability with C- and Y-axis control, sub-spindle machining, and live tooling up to 12,000 rpm.
Fitted with a bar loader, this allows complex parts to be completed in a single setup with superb accuracy, surface finish, and efficiency, around the clock.
Ideal for bespoke components, architectural ironmongery, prototypes, and production runs.
We also maintain a Colchester Triumph 2000 metal-turning lathe, a classic example of British engineering.
This manual lathe is perfect for hands-on craftsmanship, restoration work, and one-offs where tactile control and experience make the difference.
By combining traditional machining skills with modern production methods, we achieve delicate results tailored to each client’s needs.
